机器人心脏手术的应用现状 被引量:14

摘要 医疗机器人手术系统是现代电子科技与微创外科发展及融合的产物。1995年美国IntuitiveSurgical公司制造了"达芬奇"(da Vinci)机器人手术系统,该系统于2000年通过了美国食品药品管理局(FDA)市场认证后,成为世界上首套可以正式在手术室中使用的机器人手术系统。与传统正中开胸、体外循环下实施心脏手术不同,机器人心脏手术可最大程度地减小手术切口、降低手术创伤,是目前微创心脏外科学最前沿的技术,同时也有望应用于远程急救医学,实现战争、地震等极端环境下的遥控手术。
