CT诊断胆石性肠梗阻1例 被引量：4

CT diagnosis of gallstone ileus : Case report

摘要 患者男,52岁,7天前无明显诱因停止排气、排便,伴阵发性腹痛、腹胀,偶有呕吐,以＂肠梗阻＂收入院。体格检查：腹部膨隆,脐周压痛。腹部超声：胆囊5.5cm×1.8cm,壁欠光滑,其内充满强回声光团,后方伴声影;肠管管腔增宽,最宽处内径3.3cm,内容物往返蠕动（图1）。提示胆囊结石（充满型）、肠管扩张。给予保守治疗6天,无明显好转。CT平扫示胆囊、肝外胆管扩张积气,胆囊壁增厚、毛糙,与胃窦及十二指肠分界不清,
