嗅神经母细胞瘤的影像表现 被引量：4

摘要 目的:探讨嗅神经母细胞瘤的CT和MRI表现。材料和方法:对16例经病理证实的嗅神经母细胞瘤患者的CT和MRI资料进行回顾性分析。结果:所有嗅神经母细胞瘤形态不规则,边界清楚。肿块中心位于鼻腔顶部的中后方14例,累及整个鼻腔2例。CT上肿块密度均匀,CT值48～59 HU。邻近骨质破坏12例,骨质增生1例,骨质增生、破坏并存1例。MRI T1WI示肿块均呈低信号。T2WI略高信号13例,等信号3例。T2WI肿瘤信号不均匀,肿瘤内部可见分隔样低信号,增强扫描肿瘤呈细小筛网状不均匀强化14例。肿瘤T2WI信号均匀,增强扫描均匀中度强化2例。结论:嗅神经母细胞瘤具有典型的发病部位,骨质改变特点及特征性的T2WI信号、强化特点。CT可清楚显示肿瘤周围骨质情况,MRI能准确显示肿瘤侵犯范围,两者结合更有利于制定治疗方案。
