核因子-κB与糖尿病肾病的关系及其基因多态性研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 核因子-κB(nuclear factorκB,NF-κB)蛋白家族是在机体发育、免疫及炎症和肿瘤的发生发展中具有重要作用的转录因子。糖尿病肾病的病理生理机制与NF-κB信号通路密切相关。文中综述近年来NF-κB结构特点及活性调控的研究进展,NF-κB活性及其基因多态性与糖尿病肾病的关系,并介绍相关的治疗方法。 The nuclear factor κB (NF-κB) family are transcription factors that play important roles in body development and immunity, and the occurrence and progression of inflammation and tumors. The pathophysiological mechanism of diabetic nephropathy is closely related to the NF-κB signaling pathway. This review focuses on the structures and activity regulation of NF-κB, the relations of NF-κB activity and NF-κB genetic polymorphisms with diabetic nephropathy, and possible treatment of the disease.
