卵巢浆液性腺癌组织中全长配对盒基因2蛋白表达及其预后意义的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的全长配对盒基因2(paired box gene 2,PAX2)是卵巢上皮癌最常见的基因变异位点之一。文中通过检测PAX2蛋白在卵巢浆液性腺癌(ovary serous adenocarcinoma,OSAC)中的表达,探讨其与临床病理参数和预后的相关性及意义。方法应用免疫组织化学方法测定60例卵巢浆液性腺癌组织标本中PAX2蛋白的表达,用spearman相关系数检验PAX2蛋白表达水平与部分临床病理参数及之间的相关性,并结合随访结果进行生存分析。结果 60例卵巢浆液性腺癌组织中PAX2蛋白阳性表达率为36.7%。PAX2蛋白表达与病理分级及FIGO分期呈负相关(P<0.05),与患者年龄、肿瘤复发及大小无关(P>0.05)。Cox单因素分析及Kaplan-Meier分析显示卵巢浆液性腺癌患者的预后与PAX2蛋白表达正相关(P<0.05),与FIGO分期及病理分级负相关(P<0.05)。结论 PAX2蛋白高表达提示肿瘤恶性程度低,并有可能成为临床评估卵巢癌患者预后的指标。 Objective Paired box gene 2 (PAX2) is one of the commonest gene mutation loci in ovarian epithelial cancer. The aim of this study is to investigate the expression of the PAX2 protein in ovarian serous adenocarcinoma (OSAC) and its correlation with the clinicopathologic features and prognosis of OSAC. Methods We detected the expression of the PAX2 protein in 60 OSAC tissue samples by immunohistochemical staining and the relationship of PAX2 expression with the partial clinicopathologic features of OSAC using Spearman rank correlation. We analyzed the prognosis of the 60 cases based on the results of follow-up. Results The positive rate of the PAX2 protein was 36.7% in the 60 cases of OSAC. The expression of PAX2 was negatively correlated with the pathological grade and FIGO stage of OSAC (P 〈 0.05 ), but unrelated with the patients" age and the volume and recurrence of the tumor ( P 〉 0.05 ). Cox univariate and Kaplan-Meier analyses showed that the prognosis of OSAC was correlated positively with the expression of PAX2 (P 〈 0.05), but negatively with the pathological grade and FIGO stage of the tumor ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Higher expression of the PAX2 protein indicates lower malignancy of the tumor. The expression level of PAX2 could be a useful biologi- cal marker for the prognosis of ovarian cancer.
