摘要
采用负压封闭辅助闭合(vacuum-assisted closure,VAC)技术实施负压伤口治疗是近十几年来提出的伤口治疗新方法,其中负压值的选择是此方法的研究重点。文中针对不同负压值对于伤口血流变化、渗液移除、减少细菌量和促进伤口肉芽组织生长等方面的影响作一综述。
Vacuum-assisted closure （VAC） is a new method of wound healing in the past decade. The option of negative pressure values now becomes an important direction for this research field. This review focuses on the changes of wound blood flow, exudate removal, bacterial clearance and granulation tissue formation under the application of different negative pressure values.
