摘要
针对罗泾港码头及其水域的特殊环境,文章阐述了船舶靠离泊操纵的基本原理及规律,并提出了长江散货船在罗泾港码头开展靠离泊操纵的方法、技术和注意事项。
In terms of the special hydrographic situation at Luojing Port and its waters, this article expatiates on the basic principle and rules concerning berthing and unberthing maneuvering, and then puts forward the methods, techniques as well as guidelines related to the berthing and unberthing maneuvering of Yangtze River bulk carriers at Luojing Port.
