摘要
目的观察自拟的桂枝茯苓汤治疗异位妊娠的效果。方法对2009年1月-2011年6月在医院门诊确诊的异位妊娠患者中,随机选取60例,作为研究的对象,分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组30例,对照组30例。对照组患者采用甲氨蝶呤1 mg/kg单次肌注的常规治疗方法;治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用自拟的桂枝茯苓汤,根据患者的病情状况,例如血瘀的轻重、疼痛程度、阴道出血多少等对桂枝茯苓汤的药物构成进行加减。结果加服桂枝茯苓汤的治疗组30例孕妇,有18例治愈,10例显效,2例失效,其有效率为93.3%。对照组患者在治疗后,15例治愈,8例显效,7例失效,有效率为76.7%。结论使用自拟的桂枝茯苓汤对治疗异位妊娠的有显著的效果,其较其他治疗方法优势明显,值得在临床上推广。
Objective To explore the effect of guizhifulingsoup in treatment of ectopic pregnancy.Methods From January 2009 to June 2011,60 patients that diagnosed as ectopic pregnant were randomly selected as the object of study,they were divided into treatment and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group were treated with intramuscular injection of methotrexate（1 mg/kg）;in treatment group,based on the conventional treatment,Guizhifuling soup was taken,the addition and subtraction of Guizhifuling soup was performed according to the status of the patient＇s condition,such as the severity of blood stasis the degree of pain,vaginal bleeding and other drugs constitute.Results 18 among 30 cases of pregnant women in the Guizhifuling soup treatment group were cured,10 cases were markedly effective,2 cases of failure,with the effective rate of 93.3%.In control group,15 patients were cured,8 cases were markedly effective,7 cases of failure,with the effective rate of 76.7%.Conclusion The use of Guizhifuling soup prepared for the treatment of ectopic pregnancy had a significant effect,its obvious advantage was superior to other treatment methods,which was worth in clinical practice.
