摘要
针对电网企业降低运行成本、提高设备利用率的问题,阐述了变电设备检修工作的现状,分析了状态检修的理论内涵和开展状态检修工作存在的问题。实践证明,设备状态检修能通过先进的状态监测手段、可靠性评价手段以及寿命预测手段判断设备的运行状态,制定合理的检修维护策略,降低维修成本,提高电网系统的安全、经济、稳定运行水平。
Aiming for the reduction of operation cost and the enhancement of equipment availability for electric power enterprises, this paper expounds the actual state of transformation equipment overhaul and analyzes the theoretical connation of CBM and the problems about its application. Practice proves that, with advanced state supervision, reliable evaluation and life cycle prediction, equipment CBM is able to judge running state and formulate reasonable overhaul strategy which reduces the cost and enhances the safe, economic and stable running of electric power system.
