CAD/CAM树脂暂时冠在前牙牙冠延长术后修复中的应用被引量：4

摘要目的研究CAD/CAM树脂暂时冠在前牙牙冠延长术后修复中的临床疗效。方法选择前牙牙冠延长术后的11例患者112颗牙冠进行CAD/CAM树脂暂时冠修复,在戴用后即刻、3个月和6个月后分别评价修复体边缘适合性、形态、颜色、周围龋、磨耗程度及折裂情况。结果经Kruskal-Walls秩和检验分析,CAD/CAM树脂暂时冠的修复体边缘适合性、形态、颜色、周围龋、磨耗程度及折裂等性能方面在戴用3个月后和6个月后较即刻均无显著性改变(P>0.05)。结论 CAD/CAM树脂暂时冠是一种牙冠延长术后较好的暂时修复体。
