末敏弹EFP成型及侵彻过程仿真分析与试验研究 被引量:4

摘要 利用AUTODYN软件二维多物质Euler算法研究了中心点起爆、圆柱起爆、圆环起爆和面起爆方式对攻顶末敏弹EFP成型过程的影响。结果表明,平面起爆和圆柱起爆方式下形成的爆轰波对药型罩的压垮角小而压垮速度大,最终所形成的EFP速度和长径比都优于中心点起爆。但采用面起爆方式的EFP由于速度梯度过大在成型过程中发生断裂。通过映射技术将得到的二维EFP模型映射到三维模型中完成成型EFP对均质装甲钢侵彻过程的数值模拟,并通过试验对仿真结果进行了验证。 The AUTODYN software was applied to simulate the detonation wave front, pressure field, shape and velocity distribution of the explosively- formed projectile (EFP) under center point initiation, plane wave initiation, column wave initiation and annular wave initiation. Simulation results indicated that the detonation waves formed under the plane wave initiation and column wave initiation will collapse the liner with smaller angle and larger speed, and then their final velocities and length/diameter ratio of the EFP were better than those formed under point initiation. However, due to the large velocity gradient, the EFP under plane wave initiation broke in the process of forming. The EFP was mapped from Multi-Euler-2D mesh into a Lagrange-3D mesh at the end of the forming process, and the penetration process was simulated. The simulation results were certified by experimental results.
