摘要
利用1-乙基-(3-二甲基氨基丙基)碳酰二亚胺将表面带有羧基的CNTs和表面带有氨基的Fe3O4连接起来制备了CNTs/Fe3O4新(型)的纳米混杂复合物。用扫描电子显微镜、透射电子显微镜、粉末X射线衍射仪、磁力计、矢量网络分析仪对该复合物的微观形貌、晶体结构和磁学特性及微波吸收性能进行了表征。结果表明,所制备的CNTs和Fe3O4实现了良好的纳米级混杂复合,表现出优异的超顺磁特性和微波吸收性能,具有成为微波吸收剂材料的潜力。
Aligned CNTs with Fe3O4 was synthesized through 1-ethylic-(3-dimethy-amino-propyl) carboxylic diimide and carbon nanotubes (CNTs) with -COOH and Fe3O4 with-NH2. A series of analysis including SEM, TEM, XRD, MPMS, VNA were performed to investigate the microstrueture, magnetic property and microwave absorption performance of CNTs/Fe3O4. The results show that strong microwave absorption is observed in CNTs/Fe3O4.
