硅水凝胶角膜接触镜的临床应用前景 被引量：5

摘要 硅水凝胶角膜接触镜具备传统水凝胶镜片所无法实现的高透氧性能,但目前这种镜片在国内的应用仍不十分广泛。由于它能够为角膜提供更好的生理环境,是一种理想的长期连续配戴的选择,在未来很可能成为主流方向。本文综述硅水凝胶镜片在高透氧性能、对泪膜的影响、治疗作用、相关并发症等各方面的表现和可能存在的不足,尤其是与现在使用的水凝胶镜片的比较,以探讨其临床应用前景。
