摘要
生产硫酸铝排出尾渣 ,其主要矿物是高岭土和一水铝石 .对尾渣进行煅烧处理 ,采用差热 -热重和 XRD对样品进行微结构研究 ,在 70 0℃~ 1 0 0 0℃煅烧主要物相是无定形偏高岭相 ,具有较大的内比表面积和较高的火山灰活性 .研究表明 ,将经过煅烧处理的硫酸铝尾渣和高效减水剂共同掺入水泥中 。
Main minerals in the aluminum sulfate tailings are kaolinite and bochmite AlOOH. The microstructure of the samples of calcined tailings was investigated by differential thermal analysis, thermogriavmetry and X ray diffraction. The main minerals of tailings calcined at temperatures between 700℃~1000℃ are found to be amorphous metakaolinite that has a large internal specific surface and high volcanic ash activity. It is also found that the cement mixed with the tailings calcined at different temperatures and water reducing agent.
