线型聚能切割器切割靶板过程相似率的数值模拟 被引量:9

NUMERICAL SIMULATION OF ANALOGUE RULE IN THE PROCESS OF LINEAR SHAPED CHARGE CUTTER PENETRATING THE TARGET PLATE

摘要 利用相似理论分析了线型聚能切割器(LSCC)切割钢靶板过程的相似参数,建立了该钢靶板的相似率关系。在此基础上以文献〔5〕中的线型聚能切割器为计算模型,应用ANSYS/LS-DYNA3D软件对其进行模拟,通过与试验结果对比证明了模拟的正确性。然后对满足模拟比的聚能切割器切割靶板的过程进行了模拟,对比分析了其射流头部速度及侵彻深度。结果表明,相似率模型在线型聚能切割器切割靶板过程中是成立的。 Using the analogue theory, the analogue parameters of linear shaped charge cutters (LSCC) penetrating steel target were analyzed and the analogue relations of LSCC penetrating steel target were established. The model of LSCC in the literature 5 was simulated with ANSYS/LS-DYNA software and the simulation results were proved to be correct by comparison with test results. Then the process of LSCC which satisfied the simulation ratio penetrating steel target was simulated, and the speed of jet head and the penetration depth were compared and analyzed. The numerical results indicate that the analogue rule model is tenable in the process of LSCC penetrating steel target.
