摘要
[目的]为玉米秸秆木糖水解液的生产提供科学依据。[方法]用活性炭对玉米秸秆木糖水解液进行脱色研究,通过正交试验确定玉米秸秆木糖水解液脱色的较优工艺参数。[结果]以活性碳对玉米秸秆木糖水解液脱色的较优工艺参数为:活性炭用量5%,温度60℃,时间30 min。在该工艺条件下木糖水解液的脱色率为95.27%,木糖保留率为80.12%。[结论]以该优化工艺脱色,玉米秸秆木糖水解液的脱色率和木糖保留率均取得较好效果,该工艺稳定可行。
[Objective] To seek for an optimum technology for decolorizing xylose hydrolyzate.[Method] The cornstalk xylose hydrolyzate was decolorized with activated carbon,and the best decolorization parameters were determined by orthogonal experiment.[Result] It was the best to decolorize the cornstalk xylose hydrolyzate by 5% activated carbon at 60 ℃ for 30 min,under which the decolorization rate could reach up to 95.27% and the retention rate of xylose could be 80.12%.[Conclusion] Both the decolorization rate and xylose retention rate maintain at a high level under the optimized parameters,the decloarization technology is stable and practical.
