摘要
随着市场经济的高速发展和高等院校、科研机构的逐步改革,"产学研"已经成为推动社会科技发展的重要力量之一。文章在阐述了"产学研"内涵的基础上,分析了"产学研用"、"政产学研用"的深层含义;同时结合物联网技术分析了"产学研"链条中政府及科技服务机构、企业与市场、科研院所等各组成部分的价值和作用,论述了其在"产学研"模式下的成长方式和发展方向;最后提出了针对"产学研"良性循环的具体建议。
With the speedy development of market-oriented economy and the reform of universities and scientific organizations, CEEUSRO has become one of the important factors which promote society technological development. This paper makes a deep analysis of Industry-University-Research-Application and Government-lndustry-University-Research-Application on the basis of CEEUSRO connotation. Meanwhile, in combination with the lOT technology, the functions of government, technical institutions, enterprises, market, and research institutions in the CEEUSRO chain, are analyzed. The development pattern and development direction are discussed in CEEUSRO mode. Finally, specfic suggestions on virtuous circle of CEEUSRO are proposed.
