摘要
目的探讨耻骨上经膀胱前列腺摘除术围手术期的整体护理效果,以提高病人术后的疗效。方法将174例前列腺增生症行手术治疗的患者随机分为A组(对照组)87例,给予常规护理;B组(观察组)87例,给予整体护理。结果观察组病人无护理并发症,疼痛发生率明显低于对照组、患者舒适度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论系统规范的整体护理可有效减少手术并发症,提高手术效果,促进病人康复,可在临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the experience of perioperative care of prostate removing operation. Methods 174 cases of hyperplasia of prostate treated with surgical operation were randomly divided into two groups., group A was the control group giving routine nursing and group B was treated with Systematic holistic nursing. Results The observation group were no nursing complication. The incidence of pain was significantly lower than that of the control group. The patients＇ comfort was significantly higher than that in control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Systematic holistic nursing is an effective way to reduce operation complication, improve operation efficiency and promote the rehabilitation of the patients of the important safeguard, which is worth popularizing.
