介绍了全低变工艺在湖南省小氮肥应用的基本情况 ,并针对出现的问题提出了在实施全低变工艺中应注意的事项。
Application of all low temperature shift process to small size nitrogenous plants in Hunan province is introduced. Specific items need to pay attention to is put forward based on the experience.
