摘要
目的:探讨DC-CIK细胞过继免疫治疗肾癌所实施的相应护理措施。方法;选取我院2010年1月～2011年12月30例接受细胞过继免疫治疗肾癌患者,根据各个治疗阶段的要求采取相应的护理措施,通过加强护理干预,严格遵守回输各项操作规程,确保治疗有效的进行。结果:30例术后肾癌中,均圆满完成治疗,病情稳定,顺利出院。结论:护理质量的优劣是影响细胞免疫治疗效果和患者预后的重要因素,给予全方位的整体护理,有利于提高患者的生活质量。
Objective：To investigate nursing measure of adoptive immunotherapy with cytokine-induced killer cells and DC cell with renal cell carcmoma.Methods：The clinical data of 30 infants after radical nephrectomy were retrospectively analyzed from January 2010 to December 2011.To carry on the whole nursing management through the clinical service and the various links systematization of nursing manages according to nursing needs at different stage,we take the appropriate nursing care and Strict implementation of all the standards and operations in ordr to ensure the efficiency of implement.Results：There was no severe complications and no mortality in treating and nursing 30 patients undergoing immunotherapy.Conclusion：The quality of nursing is the important factor for the effect of the cellular immunetherapy and prognosis of patients.Through systematic holistic nursing care,it was effective in improving the life quality of the sufferers.
