摘要
目的:探讨风险管理在手术室电外科设备中的应用。方法:应用风险管理理念和方法,对手术中使用电外科设备的各环节存在的风险进行识别、评估,强化护士的法制观念和风险意识,营造安全文化氛围,制定安全、有效的电外科设备管理措施,对护士进行相关知识培训及考核,加强薄弱环节管理及全面监控。结果:手术室护士对使用电外科设备安全意识及防范意外伤害增强,手术患者安全完成手术,未发生电外科相关意外伤害。结论:应用风险管理增强护士对电外科设备安全使用的意识,可确保护理质量及手术安全。
Objective：To investigate the application of risk management to using electrosurgical equipment safely in operating room.Methods：The risks of all aspects while electrosurgical equipment is being used in surgery are identified and assessed by the concepts and methods of risk management.The measures also would be taken as follows：strengthen the nurses′ legal concept and risk awareness,and create the safety culture atmosphere,and enact safe and effective management measures of electrosurgical equipment.The training and assessment of the relevant knowledge to nurses should be conducted to enhance the management of weak links and comprehensive monitoring.Results：The safety awareness and the ability to prevent accidental injury of operating room nurses on the use of electrosurgical equipment was enhanced.The patients′ operations were completed safely and the electrosurgery related accidental injury doesn′t occur.Conclusion：The application of risk management can enhance the awareness of nurses on the safety use of electrosurgical equipment and ensure that the quality of care and safety of operation.
