摘要
民营企业是我国经济的重要组成部分,也是我国国民经济持续、快速、稳健发展的重要保证。"十二五"时期,民营企业的发展面临着新的机遇与挑战。然而现阶段,我国民营企业的内部控制在管理意识、内部治理、风险管理和人力资源管理等方面还存在不少问题。民营企业只有不断提高内部控制水平,才能在激烈的市场竞争中发展壮大,在我国经济社会发展中发挥积极作用。
Private Enterprises are one of the most important parts in the economy of our country,and they ensure the sustainable,rapid and steady development of national economy.The Twelfth Five-Year Plan Period brings the opportunities and challenges to private enterprises at the same time.However,there are still some problems of internal control in private enterprises,such as those of management consciousness,internal governance,risk management and human resource management.In the fierce market competition,private enterprises could grow and then play a positive role in the national economic and social development continuously only if they improve their internal control.In the fierce market competition.
