摘要
新建地方本科院校的应用型人才培养方案设计应坚持"地方性、应用型"的人才培养定位,树立"实基础、适口径、重应用、强素能"的设计理念。构建相对完整、较为系统的理论教学体系,以夯实学生的学科基础、适当拓宽专业口径;构建"三层次三结合"的实践教学体系,培养学生的实践能力和创新精神;构建素质拓展教育结构体系,不断提高学生的知识运用能力和参与意识、责任意识。
In planning training of application-oriented personnel in new local undergraduate universities, we should stick to the orientation of locality and application, and the designing conceptions of laying solid foundation, being geared to the needs, attaching importance to practice and strengthening skill and quality. We should construct a relatively complete theoreti- cal system of teaching to lay a solid foundation of students＇ knowledge and extend employment channels matched with their ma- jors. Moreover, we should construct a practical teaching system of with three levels and combination of three aspects in order to improve students＇ practical ability and innovative spirit. Finally, we should construct an education system of quality exten- sion in an attempt to improve students＇ ability to use their knowledge and improve their participation awareness and sense of re sponsibility.
