摘要
研究了快干型玉米淀粉粘合剂制备方法 ,讨论了氧化剂、碱、催干剂、交联剂和其它因素对产品性能的影响 ,得到了最佳的工艺配方为 :6份水 ,0 .0 3份氧化剂 ,0 .0 5份碱 ,0 .0 3份催干剂 ,0 .0 3份交联剂 ,1份淀粉。用该法制得的玉米粘合剂具有良好的初粘度和干燥速度 (干燥时间≤ 2 0 min)。
The preparation of the title compound is studied, many factors such as oxidant, alkaline, dryer and corss linker are inspected. The optimum mass ratio of water/oxidant/alkaline/dryer/corss linker/starch=6/0.03/0.05/0.03/0.03/1. The product has high initial viscosity and the dry time is less than 20 minutes in air.
