摘要
丙烯腈装置流化床反应器在运转过程中 ,因催化剂组分钼的挥发以及部分催化剂细颗粒的损失 ,需补加催化剂。采取自动连续补加方式 ,可以使催化剂保持高性能 ,从而获得稳定的丙烯腈收率 ,实现反应器平稳优化操作。利用CENTUM集散控制系统的顺序控制功能 ,即可实现催化剂自动连续补加。介绍了自动连续补加系统的软件设计、组态及应用情况。
In the operation of fluidized bed reactor in acrylonitrile plant,the catalyst needed to be added because of the consumption of the micro catalytical particles.The catalyst auto-continuous addition technology was used.The results showed that the catalyst maintained high characteristics,stationary acrylonitrile yield was obtained and the operation of fluidized bed reactor was optimized.The catalyst auto-continuous addition was realized by using the CENTUM sequence control function.The software,configuration and application of the addition system were introduced.
