摘要
安徽省北部地区产业结构分布和层次偏低,经济发展水平相对滞后。"十二五"期间,为振兴皖北、实现安徽省快速崛起,皖北必须挖掘内源和外源的潜力以重新构建产业结构。利用SWOT模型分析皖北地区经济发展的优势、劣势、机遇和挑战,提出新时期皖北地区应对产业结构调整和承接外部产业转移的战略与对策建议。
It is well known that the regional industrial structure including its distribution and gradation in Northern Anhui Province was very low,and its economy development level was relatively lagging during the last decades.It is a mission for the government to re-energize the economy development of Northern Anhui Province so as to promote the whole province＇s economy rise sharply.Therefore,the government sectors of Northern Anhui Province should excavate both the inner and outer capacity to reconfirm their regional industrial structure.This article coped with the strengthes,weaknesses,opportunities,and threats for the economy development of Northern Anhui Province through the conventional SWOT analysis,and put forward strategic suggestions for Northern Anhui Province in the new period.
