空心拉力螺钉内固定治疗后踝骨折(附29例报告) 被引量：4

摘要 目的:探讨空心拉力螺钉内固定治疗后踝骨折的技巧及疗效。方法:应用4.0mm空心拉力螺钉治疗后踝骨折29例,包括旋后外旋型Ⅳ度12例,旋前外旋型Ⅳ度17例,术前行CT扫描并进行骨三维重建,术中首先复位固定外踝和内踝,C型臂X线透视踝关节,根据术中情况采用闭合或直视下复位后踝,垂直骨折线打入导针,空心拉力螺钉固定后踝骨折。结果:所有患者获得平均12个月(6～24个月)随访,后踝骨折均获得骨性愈合。采用美国足踝外科协会(AOFAS)推荐的踝足评分系统评分:优23例,良3例,可2例,差1例,优良率为89.7%。结论:空心拉力螺钉内固定是治疗后踝骨折较为满意的内固定方式,具有创伤小、固定牢固等优势。
