超声诊断左冠状动脉异位起源于肺动脉一例 被引量：1

摘要 患儿男，18个月。于1年前以“呼吸困难，气促，咳嗽”发病，后出现心力衰竭表现，外院按心内膜弹力增生症治疗，治疗8个月后症状稍有好转来我院复查。听诊：于胸骨左侧第2～3肋间可及双期连续性杂音，不传导，无肺动脉瓣区第二心音分裂。心电图示：心肌缺血。胸部X线片示：心脏增大，肺血管影增多。超声检查示：左心增大，左心室前后径41．0mm，左心房前后径25．0mm；室壁运动普遍减弱，
