摘要
从铁法矿务局依靠科技进步实现腾飞的实证研究入手，从内在动力、外在压力和自身能力等方面分析了煤炭企业科技进步迟缓的主要原困，进而提出煤炭企业要充分建立有利于科技进步的经营机制，促进科技和经济的更好结合。煤炭工业要运用高新技术，实现产业现代化。
Beginning with the research on Tiefa Coal Mining Administration Bureau's practical example of relying on technological progress to realize the big leap forward, the paper discusses the obJective inevitability for the development of coal industry relying on technological progress. The paper goes on the analyze the main causes for the delayed progress of coal industry from its inside motivation, outside pressure and its potentials. As discussed in the paper, coal enterprises should set up managing mechanism favorable to technological progress to promote a better combination of science and technology with economy and coal industry should apply new high technology.
