摘要
141例糖尿病患者血浆果糖胺(FTS)水平(2.99±0.69mmol/L)明显高于42例对照者(2.18±0.27mmol/L)(P<0.001)。FTS值与以往2周~2月(尤其是3~4周)空腹血糖(FPG)相关(P<0.01),其随血糖控制情况升降,但不受即时血糖波动影响。同时测定FTS、FPG及糖基化血红蛋白(GHG)时可见约30%患者仅1项升高,表明三者反映不同时期血糖变动情况。作者认为FTS测定系糖尿病控制状况的良好监测手段。
The plasma fructosamine (FTS) level in 141 diabetics (2.99±0.69 mmol/L) was significantly higher than that in 42 non-diabetics (2.18±0.27 mmol/L), (P<0.001). It was correlated with fasting plasma glucose (FPG) levels during past 2 - 8 weeks, especially with those during past 3-4 weeks (P<0.01), and was varied with the glycemic control but not influenced by the present FPG levels. When FTS, FPG and glycosylated hemoglobin (GHG) were measured simultaneously, only one of these parameters was increased in about 30% of diabetics. These results showed that plasma FTS is a good index for monitoring diabetic control.
