摘要
111例Graves病初发患者,用他巴唑治疗6个月,停药后随访1年。根据病人一般临床及生化特征,用Fisher判别分析法,建立了一个具有四个指标的数学模型,用以预测停药后1年的预后,具有较高的敏感性(81.5%)和特异性(82.6%),符合率达82.0%(91/111),其效果明显优于本资料任何有判别意义的单因素分析。
A group of 111 patients with Graves' disease were treated by anti-thyroid drug (tapazole) for 6 months and follow-up for another 12 months. The initial dose was 30 mg/d. Biochemical euthyroidism was achieved within 1-3 months after taking medicine and maintenance dose was given until cessation of drugs.
The results of 1-year follow-up after the withdrawal of drugs showed that 65 out of 111 patients had relapsed with a recurrence rate of 58.6%, the remaining 46 (41.4%) were in remission. A discriminant model with four variables, which including thyroid suppression rate, level of serum T3 before treatment, goitre size by palpation at the end of drug therapy as well as patients' age, was established by Fisher's discriminant analysis. The model was a good approach, with 81.5% sensitivity, 82.6% specificity and 82.0% accuracy in predicting the outcome of Graves' disease treated iby anti-thyroid drugs. The results were much better than any other analysis by single variables in this study.
