摘要
应用3 2 P研究烟草在苗床期对磷素营养的吸收和分布规律 ,研究结果表明 :烟株在苗床期对磷素营养的吸收量随烟株的生长而增加。各生长阶段烟苗中的磷素均主要分布在叶部和生长旺盛的幼嫩部位。不同的烟草品种在苗床期对磷素营养的吸收情况也不同 ,“红花大金元”在苗床前期的吸收率较高 ,而“K32 6”则在苗床后期的吸收率较高。它们都与真叶数呈显著正相关。
This paper Studied the absorption and distribution of phosphate in flue cured tobacco at seedling bed by using 32 P Results showed that:Flne cured tobacco assimilating 32 P content increasd as growth period,The phosphate contert main distributed in leaf and vigorous bud at entirely seedling bed The situation of assimilating phosphate amount were differences to different tobacco breeds,The percentage of assimilating phosphate amount was higher at front growth period for “Hong Da”,but“K326” was higher at late growth period They and number of leaves were significantly positive correlation.
