摘要
白粉病是瓜类蔬菜的主要病害之一,严重影响瓜类蔬菜的产量和品质。抗病育种是解决白粉病对瓜类蔬菜生产危害的一条重要途径。为给瓜类蔬菜白粉病抗性育种工作提供参考和借鉴,综述了在病原菌、抗性鉴定方法、抗性遗传规律、抗性种质、抗病品种选育以及分子标记技术的应用等方面的研究现状,分析了现阶段研究中存在的问题,并对研究前景进行了展望。
Powdery mildew is a major disease for cucurbit production,which influences the yield and quality of cucurbits. Resistance breeding is an important measure to induce the damage of powdery mildew to cucurbits. In this article we review the research status of pathogenicity of pathogen, resistance identification, inheritance of resistance, resistant germplasm, re- sistance breeding and molecular marker applications. The challenge and research prospect are also reviewed.
