摘要
本文报告5例男性垂体PRL大腺瘤的临床表现及溴隐亭的疗效。患者病程长、以性功能障碍为主诉,有垂体瘤压迫症状,血PRL水平升高,血T水平降低,严重者无精子。对溴隐亭试验敏感者疗效好,血PRL水平下降至正常,血T水平上升,性功能改善,生精作用恢复,垂体瘤也有明显缩小。
The therapeutic effect of bromocriptine on 5 male patients with pituitary PRL-producing macroadenoma was observed and discussed. After treated with a dosage of 7.5 mg/d, 4 patients showed a decrease of serum PRL level, an increase of serum T concentration, improvement of sexual function, restoration of spermatogenesis, and shrinkage of tumor size. One patient had no improvement both clinically and in serum hormone levels even after the dosage of bromocriptine was increased to 30 mg/d. Bromocriptine sensitive test is very useful in predicting the therapeutic effect of bromocriptine in pituitary PRL-producing macroadenoma.
