摘要
边疆大学生就业直接关系到高校的发展、边疆地区的安全与稳定,而开展好职业规划教育对促进就业工作有着举足轻重的作用。文章分析了在多元文化背景下,边疆地区大学生职业生涯规划教育的现状,并提出了有效对策,为边疆地区的发展和大学生就业提供参考。
Frontier graduate employment is directly related to the development of institutions of higher learning, the security and stability of border areas. And good career planning education plays a pivotal role in promoting the work of employment. This paper analyzes the existing conditions on the frontier college students＇s career planning education under the muhiculture backgroud, and puts forward some effective countermeasures. This provides a reference for the development of border areas and graduate employment.
