摘要
1998年房改以来,我国已经逐步建立了较为完善的住房保障体系,但各地区城镇住房保障体系存在申请标准与居民生活水平不协调、信息披露制度不透明、信息共享机制欠缺、后续管理严重滞后等问题。为了进一步解决这一系列问题,应进一步完善住房保障体系准入及退出机制建设、构建统一的信息共享平台,强化住房信息披露、加强住房保障后续管理是解决后发展地区城镇住房保障的需要,这也是构建和谐社会、维护社会稳定的迫切需要。
With the improvement of the housing reform which started in 1998,China has gradually established mature housing social security system,but housing social security in different regions exists some questions,including inconsistency between standard of application and living standards,opaque information disclosure system,lack of information sharing mechanism,serious lag of the subsequent management.To solve these problems mentioned above,the author thinks that the government should improve the access and withdrawing mechanism of the housing social security,build unified information sharing platform,strengthen information disclosure,and improve the follow-up management.These measures will benefit promoting the development of urban housing social security,constructing the harmonious society and safeguarding social stability.
