摘要
首先通过马斯洛需求层次理论分析了农民工市民化需要满足的条件;其次利用交叉表进行单变量分析,对需求条件中的显著性影响因素进行实证分析;最后通过二元logistic方法建立多个自变量的回归模型。综合分析结果表明:社会资本、受教年限、工作稳定性、净收入、劳动合同这5个变量是农民工市民化最重要的影响因素。
The urbanization of farmer workers is the transformation of China. Firstly, this paper analyzes main factor affecting social and economic structure the conditions of the urbanization of farmer workers through Maslow＇ s hierarchy theory; Secondly, we make uniariate analysis with cross table, and analyzes the significant factors in the demanding condition; Finally , we establish more independent variables of the regression model through the binary logistic method. The results show that the social capital, educa- tion, work, net income and labor contract are the most important influencing factors on the urbanization of farmer workers.
