摘要 通过理论分析及生产数据的统计,研究了不同成分炉渣的物理化学性质,以及炉渣成分对湖南某铅冶炼厂底吹炉炉前操作强度及技术指标的影响。根据不同生产条件,提出了炉渣的合理成分范围,对于降低炉前操作难度,提高底吹炉的经济技术指标具有重要的应用价值。 Through theoretical analysis and production data statistic, different compositions of slag chemical and physical properties were analyzed, and the influence of different composition of slag to the operation difficulties and technical indexes of rich oxygen bottom blowing furnace were studied . According to the different production condi- tion, reasonable slag composition that was proposed, It is valuable to reduce the difficulty of furnace operation and improve economic indexes for rich oxygen bottom blowing furnace.
