摘要
通过对东北8个典型湖库的50个采样点进行样品采集,分析水体中可溶性总氮(TDN)及其各组分,包括氨态氮(NH4+-N)、硝态氮(NO3--N)、可溶性无机氮(DIN)、可溶性有机氮(DON)等指标。结果表明,可溶性总氮中含量变化最明显的是DON,变化范围在0.03~0.83 mg.L-1;其次是NO3--N,其最大值和最小值相差25.0倍。黑龙江境内的6个较浅的湖库以DON和NH4+-N为主,且两者所占比例之和均超过50.0%;其余两个深水湖库(大伙房水库、松花湖)则以NO3--N为主,分别占TDN比例的94.0%和97.5%。相关分析表明,与TDN相关性最显著的是NO3--N(r=0.997,P<0.01,n=50),NH4+-N与DON呈显著正相关(r=0.425,P<0.05,n=50),但两者与可溶性总氮呈负相关。
A total of 50 sampling sites of eight northeast lakes and reservoirs were sampled and analyzed the TDN and its components( NH4+-N, NO3-N, DIN, and DON). The results showed, the DON was the most variational among TDN components, concentration in the range of 0.03-0.83 mg · L-1, followed by NO3-N; the maximum was 25.0 times larger than the minimum. DON and NH4+-N were the major components of six shallow lakes in Heilongjiang, and the sum of proportion between the two was over 50.0%; the major component of the other two lakes (Dahuofang Reservoir and Songhua Lake) was NO3-N, the proportions were 94.0% and 97.5% of TDN. The most significantly positive correlation was found between NO3-N and TDN ( r=0.997, P〈0.01, n=50 ), and NH4+-N was significantly positive correlated with DON( r=0.425, P〈0.05, n=50 ), but both negative correlated with TDN.
