生物肥对大豆根际过氧化氢酶和脲酶活性的影响 被引量:12

Effect of biological fertilizer on catalase and urease activities in soybean rhizosphere

摘要 土壤酶是土壤生物活性的反映,对促进作物养分吸收有重要作用,其活性大小受施肥影响较大。采用水平复因子随机区组设计,分拌种、拌肥、拌种肥(拌种+拌肥)3种方式,研究3种生物肥对大豆根际过氧化氢酶和脲酶活性的影响。结果表明,整个生育期大豆根际过氧化氢酶和脲酶活性都呈抛物线变化规律,盛花期的酶活性最高。三种生物肥处理大豆根际过氧化氢酶和脲酶活性都高于CK,比较三种施肥方式,所有拌种肥处理的根际过氧化氢酶和脲酶活性均高于拌肥和拌种处理。表明生物肥能够有效地提高大豆根际过氧化氢酶和脲酶活性,并且拌种拌肥相结合的效果最好。 Soil enzymes can reflect the biological activity of soil, it is important for promoting nutrient absorption of crops and its activity is affected by fertilization. Randomized block design was used in the experiment including three bio-fertilizers applied with mixing with seed, mixing with chemical fertilizer, mixing with both seed and chemical fertilizer, respectively to study the influence of biofertilizer application on catalase and urease activities in soybean rhizosphere soil. The results showed that the catalase and urease activities had a parabolic variation over the whole growth period of soybean, and they were the highest in the bloom stage. The urease and catalase activities under the treatments of three bio-fertilizers were higher than that under the treatment of chemical fertilizer only. The catalase and urease activities under the treatment of mixing bio-fertilizer both with seed and with chemical fertilizer were the highest among three application methods. It indicated that bio-fertilizer could effectively improve the catalase and urease activities and mixing bio-fertilizer both with seed and with chemical fertilizer simultaneously.
