摘要
绿色供应链管理是家电行业推行可持续发展战略、提高产品国际竞争力的一种有效管理模式。文章构建了一个博弈模型以研究家电行业绿色供应链中政府与家电企业之间的关系以及博弈状态。通过对博弈模型的均衡分析,给出了一些政府可以采取的措施以推进家电行业绿色供应链的建设。
Green supply chain management is an effective management approach for the home appliance industry to pursue the strategy of sustainable development and improve product international competitiveness. In this paper, a game model is proposed to study the relationship and game status between governments and enterprises in the green supply chain of the home appliance industry. Through the equilibrium analysis of the game model, some countermeasures are put forward, which can be adopted by the government to improve the construction of the green supply chain in the home appliance industry.
