摘要
我们从两个阶段来阐述元代的档案管理制度:一是文书处理阶段,包括文书缮写制度,文卷登记和勾销制度,行移公事程限和催办制度,圆佥文书制度,照刷磨勘文卷制度,文书立卷制度和公文邮驿制度;二为档案管理阶段,包括架阁管理制度,区分文字分别架阁制度,当面交卷制度,周年交卷制度,保密制度和档案利用制度。
We elaborate Yuan Dynasty＇s archives management system here from two stages： First,the record processing stage,including the transcribing system,thet register and cancellation system,the transfer restrictions and reminders business process systems,YuanQuan systems,Zhao Shua Mo He system,the filing system and the archives postal post system;second,the archives management stage,including JiaGe control system,Jia Ge system in accordance with different writing,the system of completing an assignment face to face,the system of anniversary completing an assignment,the secrecy system and the archives use system.
