摘要
撰写反思日记是提高教师专业水平的重要手段,但相关理论基础和实践操作一直并不充分,尤其是对外籍语言教师反思日记的关注更是欠缺。图形式反思日记的分析框架的提出,能够从具体或抽象、认知性或情绪性等维度,帮助外籍语言教师自身、教学管理者、研究者等深入分析其反思日记,了解其教学过程,发展其认知能力与自我理解能力,提高教学管理效能和培训效能。
Reflective journaling is a great means of improving teachers' competence. Yet, the literature review indicates the unsatisfying interpretation and application of reflective journal' s definition and its rationale and practicing principles in teacher' s training. The graphic means to analyze the reflective journal of foreign teachers of languages contributes to a deep understanding of the teachers themselves, school administrators and education researchers and to the development of the teachers' cognitive and self-interpreting ability and thereby the practicality and purposiveness of the training given by teacher' s educators or trainers.
