摘要
针对矿用可移动式救生舱在井下瓦斯爆炸时承受冲击载荷,笔者对其舱体结构抗爆强度进行了数值模拟计算和分析,得出了救生舱舱体结构承受正面冲击压力时的应力分布规律,以及救生舱结构能够承受的最大冲击压力,并针对危险区域,对救生舱舱体结构进行了优化设计。结果表明,优化后的舱体结构抗冲击能力比优化前提高了40%。
According to the impact load applying on the moveable mine refuge chamber while the gas explo- sion occurring in real colliery environment, the anti-explosion strength of the chamber body was numerically calculated and analyzed. Stress distribution laws of the chamber body coming under the front impact were obtained, as well as the maximum impact the chamber body could carry. At last, the structure of the dangerous area in the chamber body was optimized. The results showed that the optimized chamber body increased by40% than the original one in anti-impact capacity.
