根据原料立磨的工艺要求,提出其控制系统的设计方案,详细介绍了PLC控制系统的硬件配置和软件结构、人机界面及选粉机变频调速,该控制系统的成功设计确保了原料立磨安全稳定运行。
According to technical requirements of the vertical raw mill, the paper proposed a design scheme of the control system. It also introduced the hardware configuration, software structure and the man-computer interface of PLC control system as well as the variable frequency speed regulation system for the classifier. The successful design of the control system guaranteed the safe and stable operation of the vertical raw mill.
