摘要
大采高工作面的大块落煤是影响开机率的重要因素,目前尚无适应综放工作面前后部大块的有效破碎装置。分析了水射流等非机械破岩方式,以及冲击破碎对大块煤的适应性,介绍了现有液压锤、单辊冲击破碎机、液压冲击破碎机以及液压行走破碎机在井下大块破碎中的应用和局限性。在此基础上指出便于移设、安全高效是工作面大块破碎装置发展方向,并提出了依靠工作面乳化液介质,重载冲击的解决方案。
The large lump coal on the large mining-height working face is the important factor of influencing operating ratio of equipments, and there are not suitable device to break the large lump coal on the fully- mechanized caving face at present. In the paper, adaptability of breaking large lump coal by non-mechanical rock breaking methods such as water jet as well as impact breaking was analyzed. The application and limitation of hydraulic hammer, single-roll impact crusher, hydraulic impact crusher and hydraulic walk breaking device to breaking of underground lump coal were introduced. It was pointed out that easiness of moving and mounting, safety and efficiency were development direction of lump coal crushing device. And a scheme of heavy load impact using emulsion liquid as power source was proposed.
