摘要
以苯甲醇为主溶剂、双氧水为促进剂、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚为乳化剂、苯并三氮唑为缓蚀剂、水溶性纤维素为增稠剂,研制了一种水基中性脱漆剂,探讨了主要成分及工艺参数对脱漆效果的影响。结果表明,当双氧水(质量分数为 30%)和苯甲醇质量比约为 60∶40 时,得到的脱漆剂外观细腻光滑,pH 为中性,对人体伤害小,褪漆效率高(室温下于 15 min 内可将飞机轮毂上的漆膜完全褪除干净),稳定性好,循环使用率高。
A water-based neutral paint stripper was developed with benzyl alcohol as main solvent, hydrogen peroxide as accelerator, alkylphenol polyoxyethylene as emulsifier, benzotriazole as corrosion inhibitor, and water-soluble cellulose as thickener. The influence of main components and process parameters on the paint removal effect was studied. The results indicated that when the mass ratio of H202 (30wt%) to benzyl alcohol is 60:40, the obtained paint stripper has a fine and smooth appearance and a neutral pH. The painted film on aircraft wheels can be removed completely after immersion in the paint stripper for 15 min at room temperature. The paint stripper has advantages of worker-friendliness, high paint removal efficiency, and good stability, and can be repeatedly used for several times.
