摘要
以SrO-SiO2-Al2O3-La2O3(SLAS)玻璃粉为原料,采用室温单向干压成型生坯片。生坯片在排胶后可在800~850℃烧结,满足SOFC密封温度需要。研究了不同颗粒度(3.94um、6.82um、27.98um和39.09um)的玻璃粉和在不同成型压力(5MPa、10MPa、15MPa和20MPa)下成型,对坯片致密化烧结性能的影响。结果表明:随着玻璃粉颗粒度减小,转化温度减小;当玻璃粉颗粒度为6.82um时,压力为5MP其线收缩率最大,达到17.60%;当玻璃粉颗粒度为6.82um,压力为20MPa其体积密度最大,达到3.21g/cm3,且断面基本致密,达到封接材料本身气体不泄漏的目的。
Using SrO-SiO2-Al2O3-La2O3(SLAS) glass powder as raw material,green tablet was prepared by room temperature unidirectional pressed forming.After the binder burn-out process,the tablets could be successfully sintered in the temperature range of 800~850℃,which meet the seal temperature of SOFC.With different particle sizes(3.94um、6.82um、27.98um and 39.09um) and different pressures(5MPa、10MPa、15MPa and 20MPa),the densification sintered of green tablet were investigated.The results show that the transition temperature decreases with decreasing initial particle size.When particle size of glass powder is 6.82um,the line shrinkage is maximum with pressure of 5MPa and the volume density is maximum with pressure of 20MPa,and the fracture surface is sufficient densification,reached requirement of seal material themselves no air leakage in SOFC.
