外循环人工快渗池深度处理焦化废水研究 被引量:2

ADVANCED TREATMENT OF COKING WASTEWATER BY EXTERNAL CIRCULATION CONSTRUCTED RAPID INFILTRATION SYSTEM

摘要 采用外循环人工快渗系统(ECCRI)深度处理焦化废水。结果表明,水力负荷对COD和NH3-N去除率的影响较大,增大湿干时间比会提高NH3-N去除率,但对TN影响较小,出水循环能显著提高TN的去除率。在优化条件下,当水力负荷率为0.9 m3/(m2.d),湿干时间比为1/2及循环体积比为0.2时,ECCRI对COD和NH3-N、TN的平均去除率为77%,60.9%及54.9%,出水平均COD和NH3-N、TN分别为65 mg/L和12.8、24.4 mg/L。 The coking wastewater plant was advancedly treated by external circulation constructed rapid infiltration system(ECCRI).The results showed that hydraulic loading rating had a great influence on the COD and NH3-N removal efficiency.The increasing of wet dry time ratio resulted in a increase of NH3-N removal efficiency,but little effect on the TN;the external circulation ratio can significantly increase the removal efficiency of TN.Under the optimal conditions for the hydraulic loading rate of 0.9 m3/(m2·d),wet to dry time ratio of 1/2 and external circulation ratio of 0.2 by ECCRI,the average removal efficiency of COD,NH3-N and TN were 77%,60.9 % and 54.9%,respectively,and average effluent quality were 65 mg/L,12.8 mg/L and 24.4 mg/L,respectively.
