摘要
应用新型多效膜蒸馏技术,对尿素水溶液体系进行分离试验研究。用正交试验方法对操作条件进行优化设计,结果表明,在试验范围内,当膜侧进口温度90℃,料液流量30 L/h,料液初始质量分数0.5%,膜通量最大;当膜侧进口温度90℃,料液流量10 L/h,料液初始质量分数0.5%,造水比最大;膜通量随膜侧进口温度升高而增加,膜通量随进料流量增大而增加,造水比反之。
The separation of urea and water was carried out by using multiple-effect membrane distillation device.The operation parameters on the experiment include the hot feed-in temperature at the porous fiber membrane entrance(T3),the feed flow(Q) and the feed initial concentration(w) were optimized using orthogonal experiment in order to keep higher permeate flux(J) and performance ration(PR).The study results demonstrated that J and PR increased with increase of T3,however ρ had little influence on them,and J increased more obviously when Q increased,which is contrast to PR.The concentration of urea in the permeat was less than 10 mg/L,that provided well separation evidence.In this experimental study,value of the permeate flux could achieve maximum value when T3,Q,w achieved 90 ℃,30 L/h,0.5% respectively;PR value could be maximum when these parameters achieved 90 ℃,10 L/h,0.5% respectively.
